  • How do I let you know I do want to ReUpp?
    If your purchase has ReUpp eligible items, we’ll communicate via email or SMS (if you opt in) to let you know, with instructions on how to complete the 3-step ReUpp process.
  • How do I ReUpp?
    From any ReUpp communication click the ‘Get Started’ button, and follow the prompts.
  • What if I can’t find any ReUpp Communication?
    On select retail partner websites, you can use our Reverse Order Lookup whic will find any ReUpp eligible orders. If not, email info@reupp.co with your full name, retailer name, any order number & email address used to make the purchase (if different from the email being used to contact ReUpp). Our team will help locate your order.
  • Do I have to pay for shipping?
    It depends on the brand, each ReUpp partner is slightly different in their process.
  • Are my items insured while in-transit?
    Yes. ReUpp has insurance for incoming products.
  • What is considered, ‘new or gently used condition’?
    No significant signs of washing or wear. No damage or alterations.
  • What happens if I send my items and they get rejected?
    If you are unsure, send photos to info@reupp.co prior to sending. Otherwise if your products do not meet our quality standards (new or gently used condition), you will be offered a lesser amount or responsible to pay for the return shipping COD.
  • How do I know what is ReUpp eligible?
    You will see the ReUpp Trade-in Offer on partner e-commerce sites, if you do not see it on an item it is not ReUpp eligible.
  • How do you get the trade-in price?
    Our algorithm uses an aggregate of industry data to provide the current market resale value.
  • How do I let you know I don’t want to ReUpp?
    If you don’t want to ReUpp, you can opt out of all ReUpp communication by unsubscribing.
  • When & how will you contact me?
    Check your email inbox or junk for REUPP and you can also opt-in to receive SMS as well.
  • Do I have to ReUpp my entire order?
    No, only the item(s) you choose. You’ll be able to select what you’d like to ReUpp from total eligible items.
  • Do I get cash or store credit when I ReUpp?
    This is depends on our program with our retailer partner, it will be outlined in all communication.
  • How long does it take to get paid?
    2-3 days after your items have went through our intake process you will be paid out.
